- Case File Documents - Get copies and/or fee schedule
Office policy requires prepayment of all copies requested. All requests are subject to availability of records at the time the inquiry is made.
To Obtain Copies:
You may come into the Clerk of the District Court’s Office or, submit your request in writing by using a Records Request Form.

The court has 72 hours to respond to your request once received.
General Fees:
Photo Copies - $.25 per page
Certified Copies (1 seal) - $3.50 for the first 5 pages of a document, then $.25 per page thereafter.
Authenticated Copies (3 seals) - $5.50 for the first 5 pages of a document, then $.25 per page thereafter.
A postage and handling fee of a $1.00, minimum, is added to any standard mailed request.
- Civil background search - Obtaining
Our office does not do Civil background searches.
We have public access terminals in our office that you can use to do a search on your own, or if you are not able to come into our office you would need to find someone to do that for you.

- Criminal background search - Obtaining
If you are with a Government agency, you can mail a request to our office (on your official letterhead) and a search will be done free of charge.
If you are not with a Government agency, searches will be done for $5.00 per name searched.
Mail your request and check or money order with as much information about the person as possible.
