Employee's may access and/or update their beneficiaries, dependent, and/or contact information via self-service.   All other changes, such as address, phone number, marital status change, etc. still need to be done through your supervisor (who will complete an Employee Information Change form).

Pay information, W-2's, and benefit selections can be viewed on self-service.  Annual benefits enrollment will also be done through self-service.  Click on the following link to access your personal self-service page by entering your username and password:
